Honor Built Homes is an authorized dealer/builder for Nelson Homes.
For the past 70 years, Nelson Homes has manufactured more than 45,000 homes across North America. As an industry leader, they have truly mastered the ability to create a solid, well-built prefab home with proper designs and planning. Nelson will ensure that all precision-manufactured components either meet or exceed the high standards of quality set by National Building Codes. Their construction team uses manufacturing techniques that allow prefab homes to be built faster without compromising the quality of the materials or craftsmanship.
Prefab homes include pre-cut floor trusses, panelized walls (pre-built and ready to stand up), engineered roof trusses, windows, exterior finish, shingles, insulation, and drywall.
Their vision was to provide Americans with a complete modular home-building service package that focused on modern home designs, innovative manufacturing methods, and cost-effective delivery practices.

NORTHSTAR SYSTEMBUILT
Honor Built Homes is an authorized dealer/builder for NorthStar Systembuilt.
Northstar Systembuilt was founded in 1995 in the city of Marshall, MN. Starting off as a family-owned business, Northstar was built up on good old-fashioned quality and personalized service. While the business has now grown to a thriving and well-recognized manufacturer of modular homes, these attributes have not been compromised. To facilitate further growth of Northstar, we relocated our manufacturing facility to Redwood Falls, MN in 2013 and focused on becoming a large, modern factory.
Since then, we have acquired another facility for production and have expanded both our onsite and offsite storage. Most recently we completed an addition to our main production line in Summer of 2022 and added a second production facility in Watertown, SD in June of 2022 to assist with the market demand for our product.
Northstar Systembuilt - the name itself speaks of our passion for building in a systematic, controlled environment while being broadminded in our approach to customizing each individual project to achieve total customer satisfaction. Our team literally thinks "outside the box", allowing us to take basic plans and create custom homes with curb appeal and without a hint of being built offsite - "cookie cutter template" is not acceptable in our company. Whilst many other manufacturers build modular and HUD homes in their factories, Northstar exclusively builds modular homes, resulting in a higher quality home.
