Framing Packages (Kits)
Our framing packages or kits come with everything you need to build your new home. From pre-framed walls, trusses, roofing, insulation, drywall, siding, and more. It's MORE than a framing package. We arrange for delivery to your project site, available in all 50 states and Canada.
General Contracting
General Contracting Services for ground-up construction on single-family and multi-family residential projects. We will handle it ALL! Currently we site build only in Northern Idaho, but if you need help finding a builder in your area, let us know and we can help. As a member of the NAHB we have access to a list of qualified builders across the country.
Accessory Dwelling Units
In 2024 we were asked to join a design competition for ADU's, also known as Accessory Dwelling Units. ADU's are sometimes called or identified as a mother-in-law, granny flat, or attached dwelling unit, although ADU's don't have to always be attached.
We now have FOUR ADU plans that were custom designed for accessibility like aging in place, energy efficiency, economical to build, and aesthetically pleasing. These ADU's can also serve as a stand alone cottage style starter home, and provide everything you need in a nice compact design.
