Most of our customers have never built a home before and many have no experience in home construction or remodeling at all. Believe it or not, that's okay. We provide you with access to some of the best home construction loans available today. Your job is to act as the Project Manager under our guidance and supervision.You manage the project from start to finish. This includes overseeing the construction process, working with subcontractors, and overall ensuring the build goes well. If you have additional skills, you might even be able to participate in the construction process yourself.
