We put you in touch with our network of preferred lenders so that you can choose which one will best fit your financial needs. Once approved, we can move onto establishing a construction budget.
We will review home plans with you and help you select one that will fit your budget. Additionally we will review customization, design options, finishes, and more to ensure the home is everything you desire.

You start scouring the local area for property that appeals to you and that is within your allowed budget. We have resources and recommendations that can assist you with this process. If you already own land, we can move onto the next step.
Prior to closing on the construction loan and starting construction, the lender needs to verify what the value of the home will be once completed and that there will be sufficient equity to qualify for a permanent mortgage. An independent appraisal is completed.
At this point if everything is in order and the appraisal came out favorable, we move to lender approval and funding of the construction loan so that we can begin construction on your new home.
If needed, once the home nears completion, we'll assist you in obtaining a permanent mortgage to repay the construction loan. All final loan requirements will be completed and you'll finally be able to move in and enjoy your new home. Most construction loans today are a one time close.
