We only build custom and semi-custom modularized off-site constructed homes which are built with the highest quality products and true craftsmanship throughout. In our many years of experience, the quality comparisons are night and day from a site built home to that of a modularized home built in an indoor controlled environment with quality control and inspections throughout construction.
The end product to you is a turn-key beautifully custom home that was designed by you, for you!

Learn about the high quality products we use in our homes. Quality makes all the difference.
We will conduct a thorough consultation with you to determine your goals and dreams. We will review the building process and construction methods so you have a clear understanding of how it all works.
We put you in touch with our network of preferred lenders so that you can choose which one will best fit your financial needs. Once approved, we can move onto establishing a construction budget.
You start scouring the local area for property that appeals to you and that is within your allowed budget. We have resources and recommendations that can assist you with this process. If you already own land, we can move onto the next step.
We will review home plans with you and help you select one that will fit your budget. Additionally we will review customization, design options, finishes, and more to ensure the home is everything you desire.
Together, we will work with you to establish a budget for the construction of your new home. Our job is to ensure you remain inline with the numbers. In other words no "wine on a beer budget".
Prior to closing on the construction loan and starting construction, the lender needs to verify what the value of the home will be once completed and that there will be sufficient equity to qualify for a permanent mortgage. An independent appraisal is completed.
At this point if everything is in order and the appraisal came out favorable, we move to lender approval and funding of the construction loan so that we can begin the construction process of your new home.
Your home is built indoors in a controlled production environment by craftsman that take pride in their workmanship and who understand their trade. Built with quality materials that adhere to the same building codes as a "site built" home.
Once your home is complete at the factory, we have it delivered in several modules to your site. We install and set the home on the permanent foundation, complete the wrap-up and you move-in.
