Honor Built Homes takes pride in knowing we are a different kind of builder. We aren't your normal run-of-the-mill. We work hard to help our clients reach their dreams of home ownership and we are one of the most versatile builders you'll find.

We consistently focus on unique and revolutionary methods to improve the home-building process and to provide solutions to our clients.  We originally started our company in Colorado in 2017 and relocated to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in 2021. We fell in love with Idaho when we visited in 2002 and knew it was where we wanted to eventually end up.

Today we build both pre-fabricated and modularized homes throughout Northern Idaho, and offer our unique owner/builder program across the country with a complete DIY home-building opportunity for those who desire to build a home of their own. We even have "Owner Builder" financing available through our preferred lenders. Many of these programs offer zero down or low down payment options.

We provide framing packages to home builders, custom builders, developers, and more for residential and commercial projects across the country. Our pre-fab panelized walls save you time and money, helping you accomplish faster build times which means you can do more in less time. 

Our dedication to helping people achieve their dream of building a home has led us to the method of off-site modularized construction, not to be confused with the term what is frequently known as a manufactured home. We know that innovation is necessary within the home building industry, as traditional home construction has remained unchanged for almost 200 years.  We believe that we are on the cusp of a new industrial revolution and that modularized construction methods are the wave of the future.  Not only will this provide a high output of homes quickly but with unmatched quality and affordability. 

Our homes are generally completely custom or semi-custom built entirely from scratch just like a site-built home. They are built to the highest standards and abide by all local, state, and federal codes just like a traditional site-built home would. It's important to note that these are stick-built homes. There are significant differences when you compare an on-site built home to that of a modularized off-site constructed home, with the main differences being the process, time constraints, and quality.
