In 2021 we have the pleasure to meet Darin and Tina Holtz, owner contractors of Honor Built Homes of Northern Idaho. We were searching for a contractor to assemble our modular home and help with developing our home site and WOW did we ever received a HUGE BONUS with this husband and wife team who jumped right in with their extreme knowledge in design and SUPERIOR workmanship, they did not disappoint!! Challenges building during COVID years did not detour them to get our dream home completed and were always quick to respond to any of our needs during the process. To Future Honor Built Home clients, you have made the right choice with this wonderful caring couple who are eager to please and make their clients dreams come true as they did for us! We first met Darin and Tina in the spring of 2024 to discuss entering into a contract with them to build our home. From the onset, the integrity and professionalism of Darin and Tina were off the charts. From returning phone calls, to keeping us abreast of sub-contractors, timelines, budgeting, etc., they both exemplified what we consider to be amazing. Further, the craftmanship and skillset of Darin has been nothing short of excellent; our home is beautiful. Last, notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Holtz’s came under budget, which is unheard of in today’s market.

I am 100% confident in their suggestions and honesty. Honor Build Homes / Darin and Tina Holtz are trustworthy overall good people who care about others and go the extra mile.  My Home is a Nelson Home product, this product is a good solid stick-built structure that was constructed by Honor Built Homes for me.
